Please read these Terms of Service carefully before participating in quests, claiming creator rewards, or using the GenZHeroes platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GenZHeroes website, mobile web application, or associated services (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of GenZHeroes and refrain from submitting tasks, participating in contests, or requesting platform settlements.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country of residence) to register an account. Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
2.2 Single Account Policy: Each creator is strictly limited to one active GenZHeroes account. Creating duplicate, alternate, or puppet accounts to exploit welcome bonuses, referral programs, or quest limits is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
2.3 Credential Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify GenZHeroes immediately via our Helpdesk at /support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Anti-Fraud & Fair Play Guardrails (Zero-Tolerance Policy)
GenZHeroes maintains sophisticated behavioral analytics, fingerprinting, and audit telemetry. We enforce strict zero-tolerance penalties against any fraudulent manipulation.
Using headless browsers, macros, auto-clickers, or automated scripts to complete academy lessons or quests is strictly prohibited.
Purchasing fake views, bot traffic, or artificial engagement for Content Creator Contest submissions triggers automated disqualification.
Self-referrals via VPNs, burner emails, or multiple virtual machines result in permanent suspension of both accounts.
Any attempted exploitation voids all pending settlements and leads to immediate ledger forfeiture and firewall IP blacklisting.
4. GenZCoin (GZC) Tokenomics & Phased Settlement Standards
4.1 Platform Token Utility: GenZCoin (“GZC”) is an internal cryptographic utility and achievement token within the GenZHeroes ecosystem. GZC operates on an immutable double-entry ledger and does not represent fiat currency or guaranteed monetary investments. Platform redemptions and partner integrations roll out sequentially in accordance with our phased ecosystem roadmap.
4.2 Minimum Settlement Threshold: To ensure platform solvency and audit compliance, the minimum settlement threshold is strictly set at the Tier 1 Milestone of 10,000,000 GZC. Accounts with balances below this verified threshold cannot initiate a partner settlement request.
4.3 Daily Platform Settlement Caps: To safeguard treasury reserves, user requests are subject to a platform guardrail cap of 50,000,000 GZC within any rolling 24-hour period. Single settlement batch requests are limited to 20,000,000 GZC.
4.4 Taxes & Regulatory Compliance: Creators are solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable local taxes related to token settlements or platform rewards received on GenZHeroes.
5. Intellectual Property & Creator Rights
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any original content, videos, graphics, and articles you create and submit.
By submitting videos for contest rewards, you grant GenZHeroes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and reference your video submission across our promotional channels and community leaderboards.
6. Termination & Disclaimer of Warranties
GenZHeroes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or exhibit abusive behavior, without prior notice.
The Platform is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. GenZHeroes makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted uptime, specific token valuations, or guaranteed financial returns.
